- Partners:
- Lawrence D. Rohlfing has practiced disability law since 1985. He represents the disabled and seeks to enforce their rights before the Social Security Administration, the United States District Courts, the United States Courts of Appeal, and the United States Supreme Court. Having been involved in thousands of disability claims and training of other lawyers, he brings considerable experience and expertise to the representation of disability claims under Social Security and ERISA.
- Marc V. Kalagian is the managing partner of Rohlfing & Kalagian in Long Beach, California. Mr. Kalagian practices Social Security disability and California workers' compensation law and has done so since he was admitted to the California State Bar in 1990. In addition to the California Bar, Mr. Kalagian is admitted to the Nevada Bar, the United States District Courts for the Central, Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts of California, the District of Nevada and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Kalagian has been involved in hundreds of cases before the courts and the Social Security Administration.
